We strongly believe at Michael Warren Financial Services that we should be professional and ethical in everything we do. To demonstrate this, all our brokers are fully professionally qualified holding the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualification.

In addition, all our brokers also hold the Certificate in Regulated Customer Care qualification (CeRCC) to ensure that the highest standards of customer service are provided.

We have also embedded the FSA's Treating Customers Fairly initiative into everything we do and we are part of the Financial Ombudsman Scheme and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
